Christmas Closing Time:

During the Christmas period our returns depot will be closed. 23/12/14 - 05/01/15
Returns recieved on or prior to 11/12/2014 will still be processed before the Christmas break.

Your returns will be processed after this time but please note that this may affect how quickly your return is processed.

open/close 14 days trial period ( Return Form )

    The 14 day trial period will begin the day you receive your order. We guarantee reimbursement when the product is undamaged, in its original state, including the original packaging (as far as reasonably possible). A completed returns form must be enclosed, detailing what action you would like us to take. It would help us improve our products and services if you were to tell us the reason why you wish to return the product, but this is not obligatory. Please also enclose a copy of the original invoice, where possible to ensure a quick resolution.

    Please note: any provisions mentioned here in the "14 day trial period" do not affect your statutory right to withdrawal.

    All Conrad products have a 2 year warranty. If your product has a technical defect please return it to the return address below, complete with the original invoice and completed returns form. The returns procedure will take around 3-4 weeks to process.

    f you have ordered the wrong product please return it to the return address, complete with the original invoice and completed returns form. The returns procedure will take around 3-4 weeks to process.

When a replacement is sent to you because your desired product is sold out, you are not obliged to keep it. If it is unacceptable please return it to the return address, complete with the original invoice (if available) and a completed returns form.
